Yakult in the Philippines!

Yesterday, my friend treated us to a bottle of Yakult, and it reminded me why it’s one of my favorite comfort drinks.

Sweet, tangy, and refreshing, Yakult is a healthy drink here in the Philippines—not just for kids but also for adults!

Compared to Japan, Yakult here is a budget-friendly treat for everyone! A small bottle costs only 12–15 pesos (24 to 30 yen), or you can buy a pack of five for around 50–55 pesos (100 to 110 yen).

Beyond its affordability, Yakult is also packed with health benefits. It contains the Lactobacillus casei Shirota strain, which promotes a healthy gut, aids digestion, and strengthens immunity. No wonder it’s such a beloved drink!
